Corporate History

September 2005 KW Investment Co., Ltd. (KWI) was originally formed by Kennedy Wilson, an international real estate services and investment company headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA. and Wachovia Bank (currently Wells Fargo Bank).
September 2010 KWI became a wholly owned subsidiary of Kennedy Wilson Holdings.
August 2015 KWI changed its corporate name to Kennedy Wilson Japan, Co., Ltd. The company is a licensed asset management company doing business in Japan as a property owner, operator and advisor.


To meet investor demand and expectations, Kennedy Wilson Japan endeavors to collect a broad range of information through various channels and locate quality opportunities for investments. The company conducts comprehensive marketing strategy to provide third-party asset management services. Kennedy Wilson Japan primarily focuses on residential real estate, but its expertise expands to a broad range of asset-types including office buildings, retail, and hotels.
